Empowering Young People through Experience

The International Award for Young People (IAYP) is a globally recognised self-development programme for students aged 14 and above. It nurtures confidence, life skills, leadership, and community engagement. With a presence in over 140 countries and more than 8 million participants worldwide, IAYP empowers young individuals to choose activities aligned with their interests—ranging from physical recreation and skill development to community service and adventurous expeditions—completed at their own pace.

Open to all students, IAYP is structured into three progressive levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each level involves increasing time commitments and challenges, culminating in a unique Residential Project at the Gold level. Through participation, students develop independence, resilience, and teamwork while building a portfolio of real-world experiences valued by universities and employers globally.
